Plate Check is a personalized nutrition experience designed to help you understand what your body actually needs, using the meals you’re already eating. Over seven days, you’ll share your meals and receive daily voice-note feedback highlighting what’s working, what may be missing, and simple shifts that can make a real difference. Instead of guessing or starting over every Monday, you’ll gain clear insight into your eating patterns and how to adjust them in a way that supports your goals.

No perfection. No rigid plans. Just practical guidance that works in real life. By the end of the week, you’ll walk away with more clarity, more confidence around your plate, and a calmer, more sustainable approach to food.

How It Works

Step 1 — Log Your Meals

Each day you record what you eat. You can send it by email or share your entries through MyFitnessPal.

Step 2 — Receive Daily Feedback

The following morning you’ll receive personalized voice-note feedback highlighting what’s working and what to adjust.

Step 3 — Make Small Shifts

Use the suggestions to tweak your meals in real time.

When does my 7-Day Plate Check start?

After purchase, you’ll receive a personal email from me so we can choose your ideal start date together. This is meant to feel supportive, not stressful.

Do I have to use a tracking app?

Not at all.

If you already use an app like MyFitnessPal, you’re welcome to keep using it. If not, you can jot your meals in a note on your phone and copy-paste them into an email. This is designed to fit into your life, not complicate it.

Can I do more than one week?

Yes.

If you’d like a longer feedback window (such as 14 days), simply select “Quantity: 2” at checkout and you’ll receive two full weeks of Plate Check support.

When will I receive my voicenote feedback?

I typically review logs the following morning, so you can expect your Voxer feedback in the AM — a gentle, supportive nudge to start your day feeling clear and confident around food.

 

How will I receive the voicenotes?

Right after you join, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions to connect on Voxer (a free walkie-talkie–style app). That’s where I’ll send your voicenote feedback — and where you can ask quick follow-up questions and receive real-time support.
